July 20-24: Little Fossil Finders Camp (5-8)

Our youngest paleontologists will dig into the prehistoric past through hands-on exploration, interactive games, and creative projects. Campers will learn about fossils, dinosaurs, and ancient life while practicing observation skills and scientific thinking. Expect excavation challenges, fossil replicas, storytelling, and plenty of imaginative discovery as we bring Earth’s history to life in ways that are both playful and meaningful.

A Typical Camp Day (Ages 5-8)

Drop-off begins at 9:55am

Pick-up is promptly at 1:00pm

Our younger camps follow a gentle, predictable rhythm designed to help children feel comfortable, confident, and ready to explore.

Each day begins with arrival and open exploration time, giving campers space to settle in, reconnect with friends, and engage with hands-on materials in our discovery space. We then gather together as a community for a short welcome circle, followed by a story or interactive introduction that sets the tone for the day’s theme and project.

Campers are introduced to their main project with clear guidance and support, and we move into focused project time where creativity and discovery take the lead. Midway through the morning, we pause for snack and movement-based play before returning to a relaxed work-and-play period.

We close our day with a community lunch and a collaborative group activity- often a game, challenge, or shared reflection- before heading home inspired and accomplished.

Our days are structured but never rushed, balancing creative focus with movement, connection, and play.

Campers should bring:

  • A snack

  • A packed lunch

  • A water bottle

Please have your child wear comfortable clothes that can get messy. Many of our projects involve art materials, natural elements, or hands-on exploration, and we fully embrace the creative process. Please label all food containers, water bottles, and personal belongings.

Because camps are intentionally small and supplies are prepared ahead of time, all registrations are non-refundable.

All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Orders are shipped from Concord, New Hampshire. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.  

Please understand that holidays and periods of high traffic such as the Christmas season may cause delays in the shipping and delivery of orders.

Please also keep in mind that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed at this time by any carrier. Country-wide and regional delays should be expected with all carriers, so please place time-sensitive orders well in advance.  

Time in transit is estimated from the day that the package is delivered to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.  Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

We do not provide estimated delivery timeframes for Armed Forces addresses. Please plan on at least several weeks for delivery.

International Shipping
